Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Made-to-order or personalized items (such as bats with custom knocking-in requests) may take slightly longer — the exact dispatch window is shown on the product page before checkout.

Once dispatched, typical delivery timelines across India are:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote / rural pin codes: 7–10 business days

You'll receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders over ₹1,999. Orders below this value, and all Cash on Delivery orders, are charged a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Track your order any time from My Orders in your account, or via the tracking link sent to you after dispatch.
